Led by director and founder Charlotte Gallagher, our team of Human Resources consultants are all members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and boast a collective total of more than 45 years experience in the industry.
Charlotte Gallagher, MCIPD – Managing Director and HR Consultant
Founded P3 People Management in 2004 to deliver a unique HR offering to clients achieved with the defined and agreed input from a designated HR Consultant. Each Consultant is focused on key deliverables which support the client’s overall business objectives. Their input and attendance on site is flexible depending upon client needs, timescales and budgets – so the control remains with the client at all times. Existing clients come from a variety of sectors including; finance, property, IT, recruitment, retail, engineering, leisure and hospitality, with turnover from £300,000 to £12 million and between 10 and 250 employees.
Sarah Stokes, CIPD – HR Consultant
With extensive experience, primarily in the hospitality sector, her strong operational background demonstrates a deeper understanding of business needs and the impact of critical, tangible and timely responses to short, medium and long term business issues. The approach Sarah takes to each business is adapted to their specific, individual needs, from phone line and email support, direct on-site HR management to writing a robust HR and People strategy.
Morven Da Forno, CIPD – HR Consultant
With considerable experience in a variety of sectors including IT, finance, hospitality and multi-channel retailing she has extensive employment law knowledge and experience in the successful and practical application of relevant legislation. Morven believes a clear understanding of the clients business is vital to be able to contribute to their very individual needs.
Victoria Hugheston, CIPD – HR Project Manager
With significant experience in financial, IT and facilities management sectors, Vicky has a passion for making employees and employers aware of the responsibilities they have towards each other through the delivery of best practice Human Resources services. Vicky works hard to ensure that all her customers receive the best possible service and advice and is always looking for innovative new ways of doings things to make HR slicker and more efficient.
Natalie Lewis, CIPD – HR Consultant
An adaptable and innovative practitioner, Natalie’s particular passions are psychometric testing and team. Having a broad experience in business sectors including IT Hosting/ online-marketing, pharmaceuticals, the public sector and motor sport, Natalie specialises in the company-employee relationship. Her philosophy embraces the importance of this key relationship and how the right blend of product, employee and environment offers a winning edge that cannot be recreated by others.
Michelle Moorhouse – PA/Administrator
With a variety of responsibilities including acting as PA to the director, financial administration, office management and providing critical day-to-day support for the team, Michelle ensures clients, potential clients and all those who contact P3 People Management receive outstanding service and the highest standards at all times.
